European Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)

Energy and industrial policies

The European Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is a result of the European Green Deal put forward in the EU in December 2019. It is conceived to complement the European Union’s Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS) in its carbon leakage aspects.

The IMnI just published a new special report on the European Union’s energy and industrial policies for its Members. The document aims to examine recent energy and industrial regulatory developments, assessing their implications for the Manganese industry. Additionally, it provides a brief update on the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism.

This report is for IMnI Members only as part of their membership.
