Chemicals management legislation in Asia
The Asia Regulatory Review for the fourth quarter of 2023 is now available. The primary objective of this document is to raise awareness about the increasing regulatory activities in the Asian region related to chemicals management legislation.
This 4Q review explores significant chemical control regulations in China, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, and Taiwan. While there are no direct impacts on manganese outlined in the regulatory changes covered, IMnI Members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with various indirect regulatory shifts that might affect their manganese-related activities.
