JFE Mineral & Alloy began a new history by merging with Mizushima Ferroalloy and JFE Material on April 1, 2022. With the addition of the Mizushima Ferroalloy Division and the Chrome & Recycle Division to the existing Mineral Products Division, Iron and Steel Division, Advanced Materials Division, and Environmental Project Division, the company will establish a strong management foundation and achieve long-term sustainable growth based on the increased breadth of their management resources.
