The International Manganese Institute (IMnI) is a non-profit industry association that represents manganese ore and alloy producers, manufacturers of manganese-based products, traders, industry service providers, and universities and research organizations world-wide.

IMnI’s 2007 Annual Conference - June 17 to 19
The conference will open on Sunday, June 17th and close with a banquet dinner on Tuesday, June 19th. Vienna is the host city and the gracious, centrally-located Grand Hotel, the venue. More about the Conference program and events will be published over the coming months.
The IMnI is holding two conferences in Guilin, China in March. The first, scheduled for Thursday, March 29th, will look at “Mn Ore & Alloys – Opportunities & Challenges”. The following day, Friday, March 30th, in the same location, a conference hosted by the Institute’s EPD Division will be held for EMM and EMD producers. The aim of these conferences is to provide a venue for producers from China and elsewhere to meet and exchange information and views on issues of common concern, including environmental and safety practices. Information will be posted regularly over the months leading up to these events.
