OHES Lexicon

Every industry, every field of activity has its own particular vocabulary. This is true of the Mn industry. It is also true of the occupational health, environmental and safety sectors (OHES), so crucial to our industry.

Trying to understand OHES issues is often daunting because scientific reports and studies are riddled with terms and acronyms unknown to the layman.

This section of the IMnI website aims to provide you with lists of terms, definitions and acronyms frequently used in OHES literature.
