Tianjin Jinming Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Jinming”) was registered in Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area in May 2017, with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. Its scope of business mainly includes Supply Chain management;  International trade; Mineral products; Raw materials; Chemical products (excluding dangerous goods, highly toxic substances, and easily producible drugs); Domestic freight forwarder; International freight forwarder by sea, land, and air; Proxy warehousing; Business information consultation.

Jinming has two main divisions: Futures investment and Spot gooods operation, with investment teams in Shanghai and Hangzhou. The futures investment is mainly engaged in non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and chemicals. The business of the spot goods division mainly includes Chrome ore, Ferrochrome, Manganese ore, Manganese silicon alloy and other products. The company has obtained stable mineral resources and high-quality procurement channels from abroad. The annual sales volume of chrome ore and manganese ore is about 3 million tons, mainly sold to the ferroalloy factories in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Qinghai and other places. We have established very close cooperation with a few ferrochome and manganese silicon alloy factories, which could provide us with stable alloy products supply and resources of upstream and downstream industrial chains. We have also established strategic cooperations with a few domestic state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, including the stable cooperation with steel mills. We strive to provide sound financial services of industrial chain for the ferroalloy industry.
