IMnI is pleased to invite its members to a webinar presenting the results of its benchmark Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of manganese products, based on 2024 production data and aligned with ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards.

This comprehensive project leveraged primary data from participating companies representing around 30% of global manganese production. The LCA covers 8 key manganese products, from ore to refined manganese, including high-carbon and refined ferromanganese, silicomanganese, EMM, EMD, and manganese sulphate (agricultural and battery grade).

During the session, LCA partner Sphera will present key environmental indicators across the value chain, compare results with the previous benchmark LCA (2021 baseline), and highlight key environmental drivers and improvement opportunities.
