The EU’s Critical Raw Materials Act enters into force

On 23 May, the Critical Raw Materials Act came into effect. In conjunction with this, the Commission published an updated FAQ.

Now, full effort is required for its implementation, focusing on investments, framework conditions, regulatory coherence, and gaining public support.
