Inner Mongolia Envision Green Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Envision Group, is investing substantially to establish the world's most advanced zero-carbon, intelligent alloy flagship facility in Damao Banner, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia.

This project integrates renewable energy technologies with traditional metallurgy to deploy:

• a million-ton-grade intelligent zero-carbon alloy production line
• deep integration of renewables with energy-intensive industries
• high ratio renewable energy integration achieving over 50% lifecycle carbon reduction

Phase 1 of the project: Construction of 2 x 36,000 kVA closed submerged-arc ferromanganese furnaces

Phase 2: Expansion with 2 additional 36,000 kVA closed submerged-arc ferromanganese furnaces and 4 x 45,000 kVA ferrosilicon furnaces

Supporting infrastructure: 120 MW integrated wind power and energy storage system.
