Founded in August 1994, Bosai Minerals Group Co., Ltd.(Bosai Group) has total assets exceeding USD 3.5 billion, the sales revenue exceeded 8 billion US dollars in 2024. Bosai Group has over 6,000 employees worldwide, among whom approximately 1,000 are foreign employees. Bosai Group is operating an integrated portfolio of assets: a network of over 10 large manufacturing subsidiaries and trading branches in China（Chongqing City and Sichuan Province）, Guyana(South Ameica) and Germany. Since its establishment, Bosai Group has consistently focused on Aluminum and Ferroalloy as its primary business sections. Along the Belt and Road regions, it has a wealth of resources including 300 million tonnes of Bauxite reserves and 30 million tonnes of Manganese reserves, which are transported back to Wanzhou and Fuling in Chongqing through the river-sea inter-modal transportation system, to produce high-quality Alumina and Silicon-manganese alloys and other series products.

Bosai’s series products sell well in 30+ countries and regions in Europe, America and Asia. Its Calcined Bauxite (RASC),Brown Fused Alumina (BFA) and Silicon-manganese products top 1st in the world both in output and sales volume.
Bosai Group has achieved remarkable development in the ferrous alloy sector. It operates two large Silicon-manganese alloy plants and is currently the world's largest producer of Silicon-manganese alloys. By the end of this year, its total production capacity will reach 1.6 million tons.
Chongqing Dalang Metallurgical New Materials Co., Ltd. (located in Fuling Industrial Park, Chongqing), a subsidiary of Bosai Group, was put into operation in 2017.Dalang Metallurgical is distinguished by its advanced technology and equipment, which includes eight 36MVA fully enclosed submerged arc furnaces. The current Silicon-manganese alloy production capacity is 600,000 tons. The company is currently undergoing a Phase II expansion, and by the end of 2025, its annual Silicon-manganese alloy production capacity is expected to reach 1.1 million tons. Dalang Metallurgical adheres to an eco-friendly and circular utilization path, utilising alloy slag for cement production and recovering furnace gas for power generation. Furthermore, Bosai Group’s newly commissioned 1.5-million-ton coking plant adopts heat-recovery coke ovens. The coke produced is used for Silicon-manganese alloy production, while waste heat is harnessed for power generation to supply alloy production as well. Approximately 50% of the electricity required for the 1.1-million-ton alloy production process comes from self-generated power, forming a circular economy industrial chain.
In February 2025, Bosai Group acquired Suiyang New Materials Co., Ltd. in Guizhou Province, which has an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons of Silicon-manganese alloy. The plant’s key competitiveness stems from its self-supply power plant that supplies 90% of its electricity needs. Characterized by circular economy practices, the facility fully recycles furnace gas for chemical production. The chemical production projects already in operation include an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of fuel ethanol and 6,600 tons of protein feed, among others.
